Vintage Theater is thrilled to announce auditions for its 2010 season!
All auditions will take place at the Vintage Theatre: 2119 E. 17th Ave., Denver 80206.
Auditions for all shows (except the musical) will consist of cold readings only. Initial auditions will take place over two weekends (September 5-7 and September 19-21).
Callbacks will take place based on the schedule below. You will be contacted individually if the director(s) would like to see you at callbacks.
If you would like to audition for the 2010 season, please make an appointment for one of the two-hour timeslots below.
Auditions will consist of cold readings only.
You will want to bring a headshot and resume for each show you would like to be considered for.

SYNOPSIS: In this endearing comedy, we meet 70-year old Max Silverman who, after a near-fatal heart attack, wants to achieve the impossible: the re-opening of his Coney Island beachfront bar now closed for the past 22 years. Along the way, Max enlists the help of his daughter Nancy who has a new nose but no identity, and Arthur who has no job but watches sunrises. When these three misfits band together, anything is possible!

SYNOPSIS: Sister Mary Ignatius, a teaching nun who is much concerned with sin in all of its various forms, delivers a cautionary lecture to her charges. But when several of her former students turn up the picture darkens, along with Sister Mary’s indignation. In the end there is mayhem and bloodshed but, with this, the unsettling feeling that, amid the laughter, some devastating truths have been told.
